What's in the Bag?

Task Description: This maths task was all about probability. The instructions are on slide 3. So the whole class had to get into partners, then one of the two people go and get 6 blocks but you could only pick two colours our two colours were white and black. We picked 4 black and 2 white. We then had to go to another persons desk and pick one of their colours then once you pick one out you put it back and pick again. You go again and after 8 turns you guess how many colours of each block. It is hard explain but try to understand that as well as you can. I hope you enjoy!

Algebra Everywhere

Task Description: This task was actually really easy for me. So to work out the 1st slide I had to find the connection between the numbers and figure out what the rule, the 50th number, and the next number in the box. I found out that the rule was add six to get the next number. I also had to figure out the next number in the pattern then I found the 50th number.
