Matariki

Matariki is a time of year when family get together and have a feast. There are seven star in the sky. It starts in the middle of June and it disappear in May. People sing songs to remember people how past away. Some people celebrate matariki in different ways like face paint or you can set off fireworks.

Mr Blakey bike accident

On Friday after school I was cycling home. On my way home I saw a roundabout I went slowly around it. Then a white off duty taxi zoomed and hit me. I flew into the air. I bounced off the windscreen some kind people help me up. I went to the hospital. I was lucky I only broke two ribs.
